RICE FLOUR CHAPATI
Hello friends, welcome to my corner. Today I’ll be sharing a very unique recipe, a two-minute one of Rice Flour Chapatis which are so soft and quite tasty too. It’s really fun to make it and is really a welcome change to our old ways of eating. So welcome something new in your culinary space and I assure you, it won’t be disappointing. So let’s start with it—
Ingredients:-
- Rice Flour – 300 gms.
- Nigella Seeds – a pinch.
- Water – for making the dough(2 cups).
- Salt – a pinch.
STEPS.
Step 1
Take a heavy bottomed vessel. Add 2 cups of water to it. Boil it.
Step 2
When the water gets lukewarm, add the rice flour, salt and nigella seeds to it and keep stirring it continuously so that no lumps are formed and the dough does not stick to the vessel.
Step 3
Switch the gas off after five minutes. Let it cool. You will get a dough-like batter in your vessel from the rice flour.
Step 4
Now make small balls from the dough and using a rolling pin make chapatis from it.
Step 5
On a griddle or tawa bake the chapatis but do not put it on an open flame like you do to make wheat flour chapatis. You need to bake it on the tawa itself.
Our rice flour chapatis are ready. Serve them with any veggie of your choice, or a sweet mango pickle and enjoy.
Friends do try the recipe at home. Share your comments and feedback. Have a great week everyone. Till then healthy cooking, happy living!!!
Thanks for the share. I will try this.

It works in a process. You have to use lukewarm water to knead dough and initially you need to put rice flour in lukewarm water and let it stay on gas flame for 2 minutes. You will get soft dough which can be made in a chapati. Its a very simple recipe.Glad that you liked it,Meena.
