FLAXSEED KADHI
Hello, and welcome to my cooking corner again. Today I’ll be sharing a simple, healthy and alternate version of making kadhis, adding some roasted flaxseed powder, Flaxseed Kadhi. It is very easily prepared and has many nutrients, being rich in omega 3 fats. We make many dishes using flaxseed like curries, chutneys and it can be used to make soups and fritters too. I personally have made some dishes using it like Flaxseed Raita, Pumpkin with flaxseed, etc. It helps to lower cholesterol and really is a fab actively used ingredient of kitchens around the world.
